"IN STOCK" items

Items and sizes that are listed as "IN STOCK" will be dispatched in 2 working days.

UK customers
"IN STOCK" items should reach you in 2 - 3 working days after being dispatched, unless a shipping upgrade is purchased (see shipping section below for more information on shipping upgrades).

International customers (outside of UK)
"IN STOCK" items should reach you in approximately 3 - 15 working days (depending on where in the world you are - see shipping section below for more information). Please note that time frames are a guideline only.

Mixed orders
If your order consists of a mix of "IN STOCK" and made to order items we will send the complete order when all items are ready. (You can avoid waiting for an item that is "IN STOCK" when you are also ordering made to order items by placing a separate order for each item). 

Please ensure that you know your ring size before placing your order.

"PRE ORDER" items

The current pre order window is open until 4th July 2022. All pre order items are made to order and are expected to ship around early to mid August. We will email you once your order is complete and ready to dispatch.

"MADE TO ORDER" items

Please allow up to 21 working days for a piece of made to order jewellery to be completed.

We will email you on the day your made to order piece is being dispatched.

Please ensure that you know your ring size before placing your order. 

We recommend visiting a jewellers to ensure an accurate measurement.

SOLID SILVER COLLECTION

The products in this range are Solid Silver (99.9%). Each piece is handmade by our Silver Smith Lori Ridgway, due to this, no two pieces will be identical. 

Please be sure to read our Jewellery Care section of the website to ensure you keep your Solid Silver jewellery in optimum condition. 

Every piece is hallmarked in Birmingham. If the piece is stated as limited edition it will also be numbered as well as hallmarked. Our limited edition ranges will be limited to runs of only 50 pieces. 

Due to their value these Solid Silver products will be sent using a tracked and signed for service for both UK and International orders. 

Please ensure that you know your ring size before placing your order.

We recommend visiting a jewellers to ensure an accurate measurement.

REFUNDS/EXCHANGES

We cannot process refunds or exchanges for incorrect sizes ordered, a change of mind or for items dispatched to an old address due to incorrect address details given when orders are placed.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please contact us as soon as possible and we will endeavour to resolve the issue.


PAYMENT

Payment for orders must be made at the time of checkout and paid in full 

UK SHIPPING

All UK orders (unless in the Solid Silver range) will be sent using Royal Mail second class service. Once orders have been shipped they should reach you in 2 - 3 working days. Please note that this time frame is a guideline and shipping can occasionally take slightly longer than stated.

We do have a shipping upgrade available to purchase which includes a signature and first class service. It is listed as a product which you just add to your basket along with your order. 

We will not be held responsible for items that are delayed in transit or lost in the post. You will have to make a claim personally to the post office for the loss/delay. We can provide you with proof of postage for your claim.

Please ensure that your current address is stated when you place your order - claims cannot be made for items that have been sent to an old or incorrect address.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International orders (unless in the Solid Silver range) will be shipped using Royal Mail International Standard Service (via Air). There is no tracking number with this service. 

We do have a shipping upgrade available to purchase which includes tracking. It is listed as a product which you just add to your basket along with your order. 

This service aims to make delivery to Europe in approximately 3 - 7 working days and the rest of the world in 5 - 15 working days. Please note that these time frames are guidelines and shipping can occasionally take slightly longer than stated.

Countries outside of the EU may incur a customs or duty charge. House of Need do not have any control over these charges, although we do mark items as gifts to help avoid any customs or duty charges being incurred.

Sample Sale/Last Chance

These items are usually one off pieces and cannot be exchanged or refunded, as detailed on each product page at the time of sale.
